Both offer free, no-pressure hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, repairs, and tinnitus care from a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Yes. Both the Walnut Creek and Brentwood offices have free, ample on-site parking, which makes your visit easy and stress-free. That is especially welcome in Walnut Creek, where convenient parking can be hard to find, and there is plenty of room to park at the Brentwood office as well.
Both locations are also handicap accessible with ground-level entry. If you have any questions about getting to either office or need extra help on arrival, just call or text us before your appointment and we will make sure everything is ready for you.
Our two offices serve all of Contra Costa County. The Walnut Creek office is convenient for patients in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Concord, Orinda, and Moraga, while the Brentwood office serves Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch, Discovery Bay, Byron, and Knightsen.
Because we are centrally located, we also welcome patients who travel in from the west side near Richmond and from the Oakland Hills. Wherever you are in the East Bay, there is likely a Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center office within easy reach. Call or text us and we will point you to the closest one.
Both offices keep the same hours: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are recommended so we can give you our full attention, though we are always happy to help when you stop by.
