Professional Staff

Rachelle is the Office Manager/Bookkeeper and CFO. She has worked in offices for the last 22 years and has also received her Accounting Certificate. She has done both Accounts Payable and Accounts Recievable, so if you have any questions regarding your account, please contact her.

Toby, with 10 years in computer technology, entered into the hearing aid manufacturing field. Learning that side of the technology, he decided to make the change into the fitting of hearing aids for patients and has enjoyed working with them for the last 6 years. He has been a partner in one practice and now has the pleasure of owning his own to better serve the community. With 2 offices, he is busy and enjoys helping his patients hear better.

With a desire to improve the lives of individuals while working in a technically challenging field, Steve completed his coursework in the hearing sciences through the International Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies in 2008, and received his license to dispense hearing aids from the State of California in April 2009.  He is currently employed as a hearing aid dispenser by Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center at locations in Brentwood and Walnut Creek, California. 

Caitlin is our newest member of the team and is currently attending DVC and working part-time in the office to assist Rachelle with the administrative duties. If you need to make an appointment, she is the person to speak with.
